Cleaning of work-piece and semi finished products for subsequent process is an important aspect during production. Insufficient or incorrect cleaning often lead to defective products and increase in rejection rates. Industrial cleaners ensure components are free from dust, grease, grime, impurities and other agents that are typical in metal working processes. Selection of the right cleaner for desired result, depends on the material to be cleaned, system technology and level of exposure to various kinds of impurities.

BECHEM’s range of industrial cleaners
High performance multipurpose cleaner suitable for scrubber vacuum machines as well as manual cleaning processes. The universal cleaner can be diluted with water based on the degree of contamination. Beruclean 3050 is suitable for cleaning of equipment’s, industrial floors, engines, vehicles etc. Suitable for cleaning of steel and ferrous materials, aluminium, tiles, glass and plastic surfaces.
The special cleaner has low consumption and is neutral towards paints, rubber seals, plastics and textile mediums. Beruclean 3050 does not contain any complexing agents or other components which lead to problems regarding waste water treatment.
Mineral oil containing waste water need to be pre- treated by means of suitable devices (e.g. light liquid separator) before further process. In any case the local regulations of authorities have to be observed.

Beruclean Eco is a high performance cleaner based on synthetic hydrocarbons with no ozone depleting agents. Compatible with plastics and rubber. Universal cold cleaning agent, free of aromatic hydrocarbons, almost no smell, readily biodegradable according to OECD 301 F. Also NSF-H1 appoved. Gives temporary rust protection.

Beruclean 4027 is a cold cleaner based on paraffin hydrocarbons with low aromatic content and free from hazardous substances. Leaves a thin oily corrosion protection film. No ozone depleting agents. Higher flash point. Compatible with plastics and Rubber.

Beruclean 113 EMF is water soluble universal alkaline cleaner with low foaming properties. Specially recommended for high pressure cleaning applications: Spray cleaning (+55°C to +70°C), Ultrasonic cleaning (+50°C to +70°C) and Immersion cleaning (+50°C to +80°C).

Beruclean 3849 is a acidic cleaner with surfactants for removal of organic and inorganic residues. Designed for immersion and manual cleaning as well as for diluted use in high pressure cleaners. Removes stubborn lime deposits. Cleans acidic-resistant materials and rust.
