Based on metal complex thickener, Beruplex LI EP 2 is a long term lubricating grease for applications exposed to high and shock loads. This high performance multipurpose grease has very good corrosion protection property as well as provides wear protection to contacting frictional surfaces. Has good pumpability for central lubrication systems.

Applications: Recommended for lubrication of automotive wheel hub bearings, joints, cardan shafts, clutch pressure bearings, braking cylinder, ventilation systems, starter motor sliding parts and bearings, electric motors, blower fans, pellet mill bearings, barker section and rollers in drying plants of paper mills, fiberizer, motor, fan bearings, centrifuge bearings etc.

Applications: Recommended to lubricate roller bearings exposed to high loads and water ingress. Suitable for work roll bearings in hot and cold rolling mills, wet end bearings of press section and forming table in paper processing industries. Also suitable to lubricate heavy mobile equipment’s in the construction and mining industry, slide ways of automatic tool changer in CNC machines, bearings on sheet forming machines as well as bearings in tin rolling machines.

High performance, multipurpose EP grease with solid lubricants for emergency run properties and high load applications. High Lub LFB 2000 provides good resistance against hot and cold water. Inbuilt additives and inhibitors in LFB 2000 ensures protection of application against wear and corrosion. High load multipurpose EP greases has excellent pump-ability.

Applications: Recommended for plain and roller bearings, guide ways, motor bearings in vitrified tiles plant, gear shifter ball joint application, machine parts used in construction and mining industry, machine tools, bearings of winder and unwinder as well as refiner section in paper mills, textile industry etc. Also suitable for electrical and precision instruments, threaded spindles, washing machines and household equipment.

Fully synthetic grease for long life lubrication with excellent consistency-temperature behaviour. This high temperature grease also provides excellent resistance to water, chemical and steam ingress. Protects bearings from corrosion.

Applications: Berutox FH 28 KN is recommended for bearings and applications subjected to high temperatures such as drying kilns, conveyor systems, paint shop trolley wheels, hot air fans, annealing furnaces, electric motors etc. Suitable for lubrication of pulp press bearings in paper plants.

BECHEM Premium is a new generation long life universal grease for roller and plain bearings experiencing high loads. Applications:  Recommended for plain and roller bearings under loads such as steering stems of motor bikes, plastic injection moulding machines with centralised lubrication systems, wire / felt bearings in paper processing industry. Also suitable to meet lubrication requirements of forging presses exposed to low loads.

High load greases with reliable antiwear, corrosion protection and water resistance properties. Heavy duty EP grease has excellent pumpability and is suitable for central lubrication systems.

Applications: High Lub LT 2 EP 400 is recommended for lubrication of plain and roller bearings exposed to medium to heavy loads, roller and plain bearings of conveyor rollers, pellet presses, electric motor, fans, axle bearings, life lubricated bearings in motor vehicles, friction zones in granite cutting machines, press bearing in paper mills, bearings of gang saw machines and actuators systems in solar power plants etc. Also used as a multipurpose grease in automotive assembly plants.

Synthetic high performance grease with high speed index for high speed applications and spindle bearings. Berutox FB 22 provides long term lubrication even under extreme temperatures and operating conditions. Synthetic PAO base oil in FB 22 ensures extended service life. Smooth structure of FB 22 ensures minimal internal friction translating to reduced start-up torque and therefore less temperature build up. FB 22 provides superior corrosion protection as well as excellent resistance to alkaline coolant attacks. Extreme pressure additives offer good lubrication under medium to high loads and vibrations.

Applications: Recommended for lubricated for life bearings that demand fully synthetic base oil grease. FB 22 is compatible with commonly used sealing and cage materials. Recommended for high speed spindle bearings Example : In machine tools, threaded spindles, toothed gear in small gears, worm gear, hot air fan bearings in paper mills etc.

High temperature grease for long life lubrication. Berutemp M2 KN has excellent sealing qualities with superior resistance to water and steam. The combination of polyurea thickener with high viscosity base oil ensures excellent resistance against wear as well as excellent temperature versus consistency behaviour. The high performance grease provides good corrosion protection.

Applications: Recommended for dryer section bearings and hot air fans in paper plants.

Ceritol PSA 12 H has good pumping properties in the context of centralised lubrication systems exposed to thermal radiation. PSA 12 H possess good corrosion protection properties and provides good resistance to regular as well as aggressive water.

Applications: High temperature grease Ceritol PSA 12 H is recommended for plain and roller bearings exposed to thermal loads, bearings of dryer section and hot air fans in paper processing industry, guide rollers in slab and billet casters.

BECHEM Premium 1000 is a specially designed grease for dip lubrication of open gears. The grease is equipped with special extreme pressure additives and a selection of solid lubricants including graphite which enables the grease to provide superior lubrication in boundary regime stage of lubrication. The high base oil viscosity of the grease enables film formation at high loads. BECHEM Premium 1000 improves pressure absorption and emergency running properties for gears/plain and antifriction bearings in continuous operation.

Applications: Recommended for open gears lubricated through dip lubrication system in rotary kilns, ball mills, coolers etc.

Heavy duty Berulit GA 2500 are specially developed service lubricant devoid of bituminous ingredients or toxic heavy metals for high load applications. Berulit GA 2500 possess good adhesion and excellent wear protection properties. The graphite based lubricant with high base oil viscosity forms consistent lubricant film under pressure and prevents metal-to-metal contact under high/shock load conditions. The Berulit GA 2500 series can be applied through automatic spray systems for large open gear drives operating under heavy loads and high circumferential speeds.

Applications: Berulit GA 2500 are recommended for open gear drives of mixing drums, dryers, ball mills and rotary kilns. It also finds its application in heavily loaded couplings, journal bearing lubrication in forging presses, slew ring gears of converters, drag lines, cranes, crushers and excavators equipped with central or spray lubricating systems.
